Sunday Worship with the Bishop

The Bishop is coming! The Bishop is coming!

Bishop Jake Owensby will be at St. Thomas’ tomorrow on Sunday, September 13, The Fifteenth Sunday after Pentecost for Convocational Confirmation and Eucharist at 10:00 a.m. During the pandemic, the Bishop is consolidating his visitations convocation by convocation. 

Churches in the Monroe Convocation are invited to attend. A maximum of seventy-five worshipers can be accommodated at St. Thomas’ under the current restrictions with proper social distancing and masks are required. Daniel Simmons, a student at U.L.M., and a member of St. Thomas’ will be confirmed. 

The liturgy will also be live-streamed on St. Thomas’ Facebook page. If you can’t or choose not to attend in person, please join us there.

As usual, Zoom Compline will be held Sunday night at 8:00 p.m.

The Bishop is Coming!

The Bishop is coming! The Bishop is coming!

 Bishop Jake Owensby will be at St. Thomas’ on Sunday, September 13, The Eighteenth Sunday after Pentecost for Convocational Confirmation and Eucharist at 10:00 a.m. During the pandemic, the Bishop is consolidating his visitations convocation by convocation.
